*Weather insurance — in case of unfavorable weather conditions (strong wind, heavy rain) the ascent to the top can be canceled, in this case the dinner will be held on the ground and you can get a 50% refund of the paid amount
If you choose to purchase the service with dinner insurance, in case of unfavorable weather conditions, the dinner will be held on the ground and you can get a full refund (without insurance — 500 baht dinners, 300 cocktails).
Conditions:
1. age limit for visitors — minimum 13 years old, children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2. height restriction for visitors — 145 cm min.
3. Restriction on the weight of visitors — not more than 150 kg.
4. Dinner is picked up clearly on time, if you are late, you will not be able to attend the event, no refunds will be given.
5. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in Dinner in the Sky Phuket events.
6. The tour is not recommended for those who are afraid of heights or have health restrictions.
7. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event will be charged 50% of the ticket price. If the booking is canceled less than 48 hours before the event, the Issuer will deduct 100% of the ticket price.
8. Reservations may be transferred to another client’s name.
